Industry-specific call-flow capabilities: accurate address translation, price quotes mid-call, effortless booking against historical addresses, fixed locations, and popular destinations. Anonymous passenger-to-driver communication. Live ride status. Update or cancel mid-ride. DAX surfaced as the recommendation layer underneath. The unified communications layer ran on 3CX. Call takers and dispatchers worked from anywhere.

Driver requests a call-out, the suite handled the rest — thousands of simultaneous calls, distributed data centers, fault-tolerant architecture, 24/7 monitoring.
Delta Suite 1.0 sat inside a wider product family: Delta Bot dispatched 30%+ of call volume; Delta Cloud ran an enterprise cloud call center; Delta Local the on-prem version; Delta Rescue a backup solution for any call center.
